If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits your visits could be covered! Unsure about your insurance benefits? No problem! My highly qualified billing team will handle verifying your insurance coverage for you so this way you can make an informed decision regarding your care.

My goal is to provide quality care to my clients without causing financial hardship. Sliding scale is available upon request and I work with clients on a case-by-case basis to establish an hourly rate that meets their needs.

Payment:

Cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellations/No Shows:

Maintaining weekly scheduled appointments is necessary for the therapeutic treatment process and for accomplishing your goals. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give 48 hours advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

A fee of $100.00 will be charged directly to the patient/guarantor if you do not give at least 48 hour notice prior to the cancellation of your appointment. All cancellation/no-show fees must be paid prior to your next appointment.
